Payment Methods
The tours price is calculated based on the period and the type of tour. Payments are made exclusively by bank online payment upon completion of the booking process or in cash by the start of the tour.  We accept credit and debit cards. The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation if it does not receive an amount within the deadline.
Return and Modification Policy
Depending on the purchase and restrictions you can request to change or cancel it via email at the contact page.
The company allows the cancellation of the reservation and the return of the amount paid with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the date set for the tour. In this case, the company will refund the amount paid for the reservation to the customer’s bank account.However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour, then the company does not guarantee the refund of the amount paid. In this case, the company may refund part or none of the amount paid, depending on the refund policies it has established.
If you would like to change a booking and the charges for the Service are higher than the original booking charge, you will be charged the difference based on the then current rates and the additional amount will be payable when you communicate the booking amendment to us. If the cost of the amended booking is lower than the charge of the original booking no refund will be made. The same applies if the tour amount ends up being less than what has been prepaid.
